How OperAlpha handles information about visitors and clients.
What we collect
This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics. If you email us or book a call, we hold your name, email address and the content of your message so that we can respond and, where you become a client, deliver the work.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries, to deliver engagements, and to send you material you have asked for. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.
Client information
Portfolio and company information shared during a Diagnostic, Sprint or in the Ledger is held under the confidentiality terms of the engagement agreement, stored in the UK or EU, and accessible only to the OperAlpha team working on your engagement.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@operalpha.com.
